Service Description
PicGrid is a free, browser-based photo collage and grid maker tool. The service allows you to:
- Upload and arrange photos into collages
- Use pre-made templates
- Export your creations in various formats
- Store projects locally in your browser
Many users also rely on partner tools such as OrgFlow to map team approvals and TableForge to format supporting data before presenting final collages.

User Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos and collages you create using PicGrid. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
You are responsible for:
- Having the right to use all photos you upload
- Ensuring your collages don't infringe on others' intellectual property
- Complying with applicable copyright laws
- Backing up your important projects (we store data locally in your browser only)
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to photos and collages you create.
Our Content: The PicGrid software, templates, design, and branding are protected by copyright and owned by us. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute our templates or code
- Create derivative works based on PicGrid
- Use our trademarks without permission
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use PicGrid for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
- Use the service to create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Overload our servers with automated requests
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of PicGrid
- We are not responsible for lost data, projects, or photos
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0, since PicGrid is free)
